"My Life As A Sitcom" is the first beat tape in over half a decade from Trill Gates Beats of the collective The Key Majors featuring production in the style likes of Alchemist, J Dilla, Madlib, Apollo Brown and 9th Wonder.

Trill Gates Beats has produced tracks for the likes of the G4 Boyz, Killa Kyleon, Skyzoo, and King Magnetic as of recent and has been in the music industry since the mid-'90s, beginning as a DJ.

The sound embodied is traditional and non-traditional sampling technique's, backed with gritty drum and breakbeat samples

Each track was carefully crafted using analog recorders the ASR10.
